Recently, I have been improving the frequency stability of my system to allow me to use WSJT modes like JT44 & JT65. I'm now using a G8ACE OCXO in the LO of my transvertor, and intend to phase lock it to 10Mhz from a HP Z3901A GPS clock using CT1DMK's Reflock board. The basic OCXO is a great improvement, and for the first time I have stability and precision to less than 100Hz.

Over the weekend of 27 & 28 March I took part in the Dubus Worldwide EME Contest. I managed to make 41 QSO's and a score of 41 x 29 x 100 = 118900. Here's the log...

1930 9H1ES O/RO in sked with Fortunato for Initial # 188 & Country #36. I believe this is the first G to 9H1 QSO
on 23cm EME. Fortunato had a good signal with his 2.4m precision dish and 500
Watts, and should have a
good selection of stations that he can QSO with.
